Returns
Ur Easy Way Shop goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But things may not always go as planned. If things don’t go as planned, contact us at info@ureasywayshop.com and we will try to make things right for you. Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send us a picture, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
o This is not what I ordered - If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may request some evidence of the issue - typically just a photo or two.
o It never arrived - If you don’t receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return information is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer item exchanges. We may be able to help replace an order if it doesn't meet your satisfaction. Please contact Ur Easy Way Shop Customer Support at info@ureasywayshop.com for more help.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned information is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Ur Easy Way Shop reserves the right to:
o Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Service
o Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of the Terms of Service
o Limit purchase activity in the services if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Service.
