Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
An order has a processing time that can take between 1-5 days. After being process orders typically ship within 1-2 days. Shipping times vary based on the destination. Each product at Ur Easy Way Shop has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
How can I check if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This email will also include a link to our carrier’s website where you will be able to track your package.
How can I track my order?
If you want to check the delivery status of your order, you can find the most updated tracking information by visiting “Track Order”.
Go to the Footer Menu and Click on “Track Order" to view your order’s estimated date of arrival and tracking history.
How much does shipping cost?
Ur Easy Way Shop currently is offering free shipping for all products. We strive to maintain low shipping costs. Please note, that in certain cases, the shipping price will be associated with the item and it will be displayed at checkout. The cost varies depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Since items may ship from multiple suppliers, shipping costs are applied separately by item ordered.
Where does my order ship from?
Your order could ship from a variety of locations depending on the supplier location. Most of our suppliers are located in the United States.
How do I change my shipping address?
Before placing your order on Ur Easy Way Shop, you can change the shipping address directly in your shopping cart.
Once your order has shipped, it's no longer possible to change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to another address.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return a product?
Please contact Ur Easy Way Shop Customer Support through email at info@ureasywayshop.com if you are not satisfied with your order. Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send us a picture, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer item exchanges. We may be able to help replace an order if it doesn't meet your satisfaction. Please contact Ur Easy Way Shop Customer Support at info@ureasywayshop.com for more help.
How will I receive my refund?
Depending on your payment type, your refund will be automatically applied back to your account.
If you received a refund to your original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your original charge may drop from your statement and you won't see a refund in your account.
What's the status of my refund?
If you received the refund to your original payment method it may take 5-10 business days for your refund to process back to your account. If you're still having trouble finding your refund, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider for more information.
Can you issue my refund to a different card if my card is canceled, lost, expired, or stolen?
We can only refund your money to your original payment method and we are unable to issue refunds to a different card, different account, or different payment method. For more information please review our Refund Policy.

What is a promo code? How does it work?
Promo codes allow you to save even more on your order. To redeem a promo code, please follow these steps:

• Please note that some promo codes may not be used together.

Why did the price change?
Many products on Ur Easy Way Shop are listed with various options for size and color. Ur Easy Way Shop has the option to sell these variations at different prices. Once you select your desired choices, the price will adjust accordingly before you add it to your shopping cart.

How can I create an account?
You can create an account on Ur Easy Way Shop by clicking the icon on our Home Page. Then click on Create account and fill the blanks with your information. Also, you may need to create a password.
Customer Feedback
What is Customer Feedback?
Customer feedback (ratings, comments, and images) helps our users determine whether an item will satisfy them or otherwise fit their needs. Customers can submit feedback, including a star rating, comments, and photos, for products. In order to submit feedback, a user must first purchase an item.
Feedback is typically reviewed for compliance with applicable guidelines before it is displayed to others. The feedback that does not comply with guidelines may be edited or may not be displayed to others. For example:
1. A comment or images containing or portraying profanity or other offensive content may not be displayed to others.
2. A review containing low-quality images, such as images that do not focus on the item or that are blurry, may not be published or it may be displayed to others but without the low-quality image(s).
3. When feedback is deemed negative, photos included in the feedback may not be displayed to others.
4. If a photo shows damaged or incorrectly manufactured items, then the photo may not be displayed to others.
Product Description pages show a limited amount of feedback for an item. On the description page, Ur Easy Way Shop tries to display higher quality feedback, such as feedback that: includes photos or several comments, is recent or has generated positive responses.
How can I submit a review?
1. Purchase an item
2. Follow the review guidelines.
3. Go to the item page and select “Write a review”
4. Users can provide a star rating without providing comments or photos.
5. After providing the review click on “Submit Review”.
6. Ratings are typically published within 2 days.
7. Once feedback has been submitted and displayed to others, the person that submitted the materials can edit that content. However, any new content may be reviewed for compliance with applicable guidelines.
